This hotel is in excellent location close to the city center (10 minutes of walking distance) but on safe quiet street.few block from famus paulista avenue. hotel is clean with good breakfest and acces to internet.

Need some upgrade. More modern rooms and bathrooms. It needs a more modern tv set and bed covers. I like the hotel and would go back if I have the chance.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. It definitely started my day on a high note. the security at the hotel was top-notch. The front desk employees had control over the entrance and recognized guests, ensuring a safe and secure stay. It gave me peace of mind knowing that they were keeping an eye on things.

While the place was decent overall, some of the rooms could use a little sprucing up. A touch-up here and there would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

I asked for double bed and they gave me twin bed. They said it is because bookin.com never tells them what the costumer ask... ???!!! Not good. Had to stay with my partner in separated beds.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the hotel's strategic location. It was easily accessible from the city's major landmarks, which made touring a breeze. Plus, the onsite breakfast was something I looked forward to every morning. the menu had an impressive range of continental and local cuisines that catered for everyone's taste buds.

I wasn't very pleased with the state of some of the rooms - they could do with a refresh as some of the fixtures looked outdated. the surrounding area could be somewhat dimly lit at night, which made me cautious about going out alone.

The hotel is near ave Paulista and is walking distance of resturants and pubs. Most of the other hotels are more expensive in the area

When I needed to stay for additional nights, the staff was very accommodating and made every effort to work me in. They were also very helpful when asking for suggestions regarding food in the area.

There was a distinctly funky odor in my suite. Especially in the front room. I think it came from the AC unit though I'm not sure. It reminded my of curry. Also, the hotel had no wifi connection for internet and only one wired connection in the 'living' area of the suite, forcing me to sit at the table to work.

I think it was great value for money, quite good location, on a quiet street. I stayed at two different rooms the same week. One was cleaner...but I would recommend the hotel, and would go back there!

Of course you can't expect much more from a hotel at this price range, but I would love to have music in the room. Breakfast was excellent.
